Our certified Pilates Instructor has years of experience and is skilled at developing individualized as well as small group sessions.

Recovering from an injury? Whether you need modifications or specific attention to certain areas, your sessions can be tailored to meet your needs. 

We have classes! Our small group classes are maxed at 8 people, providing an intimate group with plenty of individual attention as needed.

Intro

30 minutes - $35

Dip your toes into the world of Pilates with our perfect introductory session! Enjoy a 30-minute one-on-one experience that offers a glimpse into basic mat Pilates moves, terminology, and breathing techniques. Ideal for those uncertain about Pilates, it's the perfect opportunity to get started.

One-on-one

45 minutes - $60

Experience the tailored precision of a one-on-one mat Pilates session for your personalized journey. No matter your background, you can expect core strength, flexibility, and heightened body awareness during this session. We cater to individual needs and preferences, providing a unique and comprehensive approach.

Duo

45 minutes - $35 each

Share the joy of Pilates with our dynamic mat Pilates Duo session! Working out can be more fun with a friend, partner, or co-worker joining in. In this semi-private setting, you'll enhance muscle stability and strength through engaging exercises. Embrace hands-on training, and enjoy dedicated teaching that focuses on your unique strengths and knowledge.

Beginner Mat

New to Pilates? This class is exactly where you need to be! Learn the basics and master the foundations in this gentle level class. 

Hypermobility

At Joint Effort, we see A LOT of hypermobile clients. So many, in fact, that we have a dedicated class to our clients looking to build stability safely. This class focuses on mid-range control and strengthening, not end range like most exercise classes. 

Back Health

Living with back pain, but still trying to get stronger? This class is tailored specifically for you. With more focus placed on 

Fun with Props

We use a variety of props to add some fun and flair to the class. Props can make exercises easier or harder, which makes this class perfect for all levels.
