We offer Swedish massage, prenatal massage, and bodywork incorporating myofascial and trigger point therapy. Our therapists can also incorporate hot stones, cupping, or other tools at no additional cost to you. Dry needling performed by our physical therapist can be added for an additional fee.
When needed, we collaborate with our specialized physical therapists to expedite your healing and help increase your range of motion so you can get back to enjoying your life.

Bodywork

Swedish

Prenatal
Calling all moms-to-be! Our prenatal massage not only feels amazing, but also helps to prepare the body for delivery. Massages are done in safe sidelying and back positions with lots of props to help you be nice and comfy.
Deep Tissue
Our bodywork massage, but with deeper pressure. Our therapist uses assistance from hand tools, cups, or specialized manual techniques to target deeper areas.

Can my health insurance cover massage therapy?
It depends on your insurance. You would need to call your insurance company and ask about massage therapy benefits. If you have benefits you would like to use, you will often need a referral from a physician for massage therapy, and it will only cover certain services (typically Bodywork massage). If you have massage therapy benefits, we will be happy to provide you with a complete invoice to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Full payment will be expected to be received at time of service and you will be reimbursed directly from the insurance company at your benefit rate. You can read more here.
